Every year, the Annual Review Meet offers more than an opportunity to look back. It serves as a moment to reflect, realign, and renew Neonates Foundation of India’s commitment to ensuring that every newborn receives the care they deserve.

Bringing together the NFI team, advisors, and key stakeholders, the meeting celebrated the milestones achieved over the past year while creating space for honest reflection on the challenges that continue to exist in neonatal healthcare across India. It was a reminder that behind every number lies a newborn, a family, and a story of resilience.

The gathering highlighted the collective impact created through NFI’s hospital partnerships, fundraising initiatives, corporate collaborations, volunteer engagement, and the unwavering support of donors and healthcare professionals who continue to strengthen the Foundation’s mission.

One of the defining moments of the meeting was the unveiling of the refreshed BEN-I identity. More than a new visual identity, it represented the evolution of a growing network of neonatologists united by a common purpose: advancing evidence-based neonatal care and improving outcomes for the country’s most vulnerable patients.

Another significant milestone was the demonstration of NFI’s upcoming automation platform, designed to strengthen coordination across the Foundation’s expanding ecosystem. The platform aims to simplify communication, improve operational efficiency, streamline hospital engagement, and enhance support for families and healthcare professionals alike.

The meeting also served as a platform to review the Foundation’s growing footprint across India, celebrate successful fundraising campaigns, recognise valuable partnerships, and outline strategic priorities for the coming year. Discussions centred around expanding access to neonatal care, strengthening referral networks, improving family support systems, and building sustainable models of impact.

As the day concluded, there was a shared sense of purpose among everyone present. The conversations reinforced that meaningful change is never created by one organisation alone, but through people, partnerships, and a shared belief that every newborn deserves the best possible start to life.

The Annual Review Meeting was not simply a review of the past year.

It was a reaffirmation of NFI’s vision.

A celebration of collective impact.

And a renewed commitment to Be The Reason for every tiny life.h NFI’s hospital partnerships, fundraising initiatives, corporate collaborations, volunteer engagement, and the unwavering support of donors and healthcare professionals who continue to strengthen the Foundation’s mission.
