The BEN-I Annual Meet brought together one of India’s strongest communities of neonatologists, neonatal healthcare professionals, and clinical leaders with a shared mission of advancing neonatal care through collaboration, learning, and innovation.
The annual gathering created a valuable platform for specialists from across the country to exchange knowledge, discuss evolving clinical practices, and strengthen professional networks dedicated to improving outcomes for critically ill and premature newborns.
Throughout the meeting, participants engaged in meaningful scientific discussions, shared clinical experiences, explored emerging research, and reflected on the importance of standardising high-quality neonatal care across diverse healthcare settings. The event reinforced that progress in neonatal medicine is driven not only by medical advancements but also by collaboration between clinicians who continually learn from one another.
A defining highlight of the meeting was the official launch of the new BEN-I identity. The refreshed identity symbolised the growth of the network from a collaborative initiative into a unified national movement committed to excellence in neonatal care.
The launch reflected BEN-I’s evolving vision of building stronger connections among neonatologists, encouraging continuous professional development, and creating a platform where knowledge, research, and best practices can be shared for the benefit of newborns across India.
Alongside the identity launch, members were introduced to NFI’s upcoming automation platform, which aims to strengthen collaboration between hospitals, streamline communication within the BEN-I network, and support more efficient coordination across programmes and partnerships.
The meeting also celebrated the growing strength of the BEN-I community and recognised the dedication of healthcare professionals who continue to improve neonatal outcomes through clinical excellence, mentorship, research, and compassionate care.
More than an annual conference, the BEN-I Annual Meet demonstrated the power of collective expertise.
Every discussion sparked new ideas.
Every connection strengthened the network.
Every shared experience brought the neonatal community one step closer to giving every newborn a healthier beginning.
