Date: January 26, 2026
Venue: Bengaluru
At the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2026, every step carried something far bigger than distance. It carried hope for the tiniest lives fighting their hardest battles.
As Bengaluru came alive before sunrise, runners, families, doctors, volunteers, NICU parents, corporate teams, and supporters gathered united by one belief: that every newborn deserves a fighting chance.
For Neonates Foundation of India, the day became a powerful reflection of what Be The Reason truly stands for.
One of the most special moments leading up to the marathon was the launch of the Jayanagar Jaguars x NFI T-shirt, a symbol of a partnership rooted in consistency, community, and purpose. More than race day merchandise, the T-shirt represented a shared commitment that continues long after the finish line, carried through training sessions, community runs, and everyday acts of support for neonatal care.
The incredible participation of the Jayanagar Jaguars brought unmatched energy and spirit to the event, reminding everyone what collective action can look like when driven by compassion. Across the course, fundraisers, supporters, and changemakers came together with remarkable commitment to strengthen neonatal care across India.
Inspiring individuals such as Gautham CB, Dr Vikas Satwik, and Tia Bali played an important role in advancing the movement through advocacy, fundraising, and community support. Young supporters like Naysa and Arnav brought a deeply emotional reminder that kindness and compassion can begin early. Organisations like Neole also helped amplify awareness and support for the cause far beyond race day.
Together, this collective movement raised an extraordinary ₹41.5 lakhs in support of critically ill and premature newborns across India. Every contribution became part of a larger promise that no fragile beginning should ever be left without care, hope, or a fighting chance.
The collective effort also led Neonates Foundation of India to emerge as a Gold Level Fundraiser and the Highest Fundraiser in the Healthcare Category at the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2026.
These recognitions belonged to every single person who donated, ran, volunteered, shared, encouraged, and believed.
Every step that day carried a purpose bigger than the finish line. Every stride helped bring care closer to the tiniest lives who need it most.
What unfolded was far greater than a marathon.
It was a city coming together for its tiniest fighters.
It was a movement powered by compassion.
It was people choosing to Be The Reason.
