Fundraising Manager

Program Coordinator

Position: Program Coordinator

Reporting to: Sr. Lead - Programs

Location: NFI Office

Role Overview:

The Program Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end processing of beneficiary cases from partner hospitals, ensuring accurate documentation, timely coordination, and effective presentation to the Beneficiary Recommendation Committee (BRC). The role demands a strong, process-driven approach, accountability for beneficiary life-cycle management, and close coordination with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Please note: This is a non-IT role focused on program coordination, beneficiary management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Processing & Documentation

  • Receive and process beneficiary cases from partner hospitals with a quick turnaround time (TAT).
  • Verify, compile, and maintain accurate documentation for each case.
  • Interact with applicants/beneficiaries to collect required information and clarify queries.

BRC Coordination

  • Present cases effectively at the Beneficiary Recommendation Committee (BRC) meetings.
  • Ensure cases are complete, well-documented, and submitted within timelines.

Database & Process Management

  • Maintain and update the beneficiary database regularly.
  • Coordinate with the Beneficiary Interface Management System (BIMS) team for seamless data flow and process alignment.
  • Identify, track, and manage different types of processes and ensure completion.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Liaise with partner hospitals regarding case-related issues and resolution.
  • Coordinate with Program Executives and Beneficiary Coordinators to ensure smooth case handling.

Accountability & Reporting

  • Be accountable for deployment numbers and overall beneficiary life cycle management.
  • Share timely reports and updates with the Sr. Lead - Programs.
Requirements:

Education: Graduate (any discipline).

Experience: 2–3 years in process/documentation roles, preferably in:

  • Insurance processing, financial services, or
  • NGOs handling beneficiary-facing programs.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong process orientation and detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle documentation and database management effectively.
  • Exposure to handling beneficiaries and/or hospital interactions is desirable.

Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu preferred.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
