Hope for NICU Babies: Strength in Every Tiny Breath

Having a baby in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) can be an overwhelming and stressful experience, especially for low-income families.

This is the success story of B/o Mariyam and Talib Malik , young parents to 2 kids.

Talib , the only breadwinner of the family, found it very difficult to cope up with the NICU charges of his 2nd child, his daughter. He works in a salon while Mariyam is a housewife.

Through the hospital’s counselling ( MH – Indore) , the couple approached Neonates Foundation of India for support.

After proper processing and approvals from the committee , the couple got the needed support and they are back home today with the new little fighter.
